Once your tracker is registered via the activation form, you will receive a confirmation email. Your installer will receive a 6-hour access link to verify and complete the installation. Place the tracker in a location with good GSM reception and a clear view of the sky for GPS.
Go to app.geo3x.com and click "Forgot password". A reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
Tracker transfers are done from your space on app.geo3x.com. Go to the tracker settings and use the "Transfer" function. You will need the new owner's email address.
Location history is stored and viewable directly from the platform. Log in to app.geo3x.com for the exact retention period for your configuration.
The Geo3X Lifetime service remains active as long as your tracker communicates regularly with the platform. In case of prolonged inactivity, a deactivation clause may apply. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
No. The Geo3X Lifetime offer is a one-time purchase. There is no monthly subscription, no automatic renewal, no annual billing. The SIM card is included.
